This exceptional and rare antique Edwardian sterling silver pepperette has been realistically modelled in the form of a teddy bear. This impressive novelty silver pepperette is embellished with embossed and chased decoration reproducing the details of the bear's fur and anatomical features. This sterling silver teddy bear pepper retains the original fully hallmarked push fit cover/head which features pierced 'pepper' holes to the upper surface. This impressive antique model features fully articulated arms and legs, allowing the bear to be adjusted to a seated position.
