A traditional Antique George I Britannia Silver Bleeding Bowl with a bellied round body and an impressive pierced handle. The Handle is engraved with the initials MG. Made in London in 1717 by David Willaume. Approx. Weight - 288g / 9.26oz Approx. Length incl Handles - 20.4cm Approx. Diameter - 14.2cm Approx. Height - 5.6cm This Early Georgian Porringer has a full English Hallmark. This Silver Bleeding Bowl is in excellent condition with no damage and a lovely patina commensurate with age and use.
