Antique George III sterling silver 925 nutmeg grater with steel rasp. Maker: John Reily Made in the United Kingdom, 1808 Fully hallmarked interiors. Rare to find George III sterling silver nutmeg grater is in a rectangular rounded form. The flat base hinges allow access to the interior. The exterior surface of the silver box is embellished with a semi-circular domed grating grille. The nutmeg grater is decorated with a family crest featuring a crowned bird standing on a stick and written phrase ' Be Mindfull '. Dimensions: Height: 10.2 cm Width: 5.00 cm Depth: 2.5 cm Weight: 80 grams Condition: Signs of wear and tear as expected, good and pleasant condition overall.
