Antique Georgian sterling silver half pint mug, tankard
About the Item
A delightful antique Georgian era sterling silver mug or tankard.
It has an engraved design to the upper half and lower half with a smooth finish on the mid section.
It has a squared scrolling handle, a half pint mug, it still has a lovely gilt interior and has been very well kept.
It is made from solid sterling silver and is hallmarked to the body for sterling silver London assay mark, 1802, maker John Emes, bust of King George.
A Beautiful piece for the home, no personal engraving or inscriptions so would also make a great gift.
Condition:
Good used condition overall with signs of use and wear commensurate with age, some light surface wear.
