Roughly translated as … The Order of Skjoenket Jens Christensen, Sonderup Chief of Police for parish bailiff Iverog Nidhjurhed; and inscribed below 1852 between foliate swag decoration. Stamped twice on underside P. Bærentzen. Height: 4.25 inches. Item Weight: 111.00 grams. 19th century Scandinavian silver is fine and rare, hand raised and usually made in 17th-18th century style.
