Fabulous French sterling silver 18-karat gold dessert, entremets, cheese or salad knife set eight-pieces and the matching cheese knife. Ferrules and collars in sterling silver 18-karat gold. Mother-of-pearl handles and original steel blades engraved Cardeilhac. In the neoclassical pattern, the style blades allow certify the period of manufacture of these knives at the middle of the 19th century. No monograms.
