Contemporary Design Style Sterling Silver Toast Rack

About the Item

An exceptional, fine and impressive, unusual contemporary English sterling silver toast holder/rack in the Design style; an addition to our dining silverware collection This exceptional and unusual contemporary sterling silver toast rack has an angular arched form. The toast rack has four compartments divided by a splayed pierced decorated triangular frame. The upper portion of the central support incorporates the original turned wood carrying handle, in the Design style. The rectangular rounded base is embellished with further turned wood accents to either side, conjoining the aforementioned silver frame and terminal feet. The impressive toast rack is fitted with the original hallmarked detachable crumb tray; this tray has a rectangular convex form. Condition This sterling silver toast holder is a superior gauge of silver, exceptional quality and in exceptional condition. The toast rack has been professionally polished and is in presentation condition. Full hallmarks struck to the underside of the detachable tray and part hallmarks to the frame are all very clear. Reflections in photographs may detract from the true representation of this hallmarked silver toast rack.
