Georg Jensen (1866-1935) opened his small silver atelier in Copenhagen, Denmark in 1904. By 1935 the year of his death, he had received world acclaim and was hailed in the New York Herald Tribune as “The Greatest Silversmith of the Last 300 Years”. With a history that now spans more than 100 years, the Georg Jensen brand have come to represent quality, craftsmanship and timeless aesthetic design.
