About the Item

A signed Risdon Key-Tag vintage Navajo Old Pawn key tag that has a hand-bezel-set turquoise stones embellishing an extra large safety pin in solid sterling silver. This piece is signed en verso with "Risdon Key-Tag". A steel key ring (as shown) is included if one would like to utilize this as a key ring. Removing the key ring and using this as a paperweight or as jewelry is possible as well. It would make a dramatic pendant. We love the whimsical combination of a utilitarian object mixed with ancient Native American silversmithing techniques. This is an authentic Native American, traditional handicraft piece made by hand in 100% Sterling Silver and genuine turquoise. Kindly note the large turquoise stone has stable cracks and one small round cabochon is no longer present. Regardless, this piece's rarity makes it such a wonderful collectible.
