Features a lovely form of delicately balanced curves and excellent proportions, with serifed pierced cutouts in the surface of the spoon, leading to a fluted neck expanding to a beautifully made handle, adorned with naturalist detailing in stunning relief. Marked "Sterling Silver" on the handle. A beautiful and highly functional piece, this lovely Serving Spoon is an excellent example of the design motifs and sensibilities of American Silver pieces of the late 19th Century.
