Marked: London, 1890, Maker: Joshua Vander. On four openwork cartouche feet, the foliate chased swag aprons surmounted by a pierced shaped oval basket with a scroll and leaf cast rim, from which emanates eight outscrolling branches, four supporting pierced baskets, the remaining four hanging.
