This authentic 19th century Japanese cast iron brazier, or hibachi, offers a glimpse into traditional Japanese living and craftsmanship. Expertly cast in heavy iron, it features a cylindrical form with deeply incised kanji characters and a classic geometric key-pattern border encircling the rim. The side-mounted metal loop once supported a handle or tool, reflecting its functional design.
