1970s Italian Mauro Manetti Firenze Silver-Plate Pineapple Salt & Pepper Shakers
About the Item
1970s Italian silver pineapple shaped salt and pepper shakers designed by Mauro Manetti in Firenze. Manetti is well known for his highly decorative sculptural barware and tableware in different forms such as ducks, owls, acorns in both gold and silver. These eye-catching decorative and functional shakers would make an interesting addition to your dining table or for display purposes. The original plastic stoppers are both in tact to make refilling them easy. The pepper shaker has some age related discolouration to the silver top as illustrated in the images. The shakers are made from silver-plated cast aluminium.
