Art Deco Orange Bakelite and Stainless Steel Knives Set in Box, 24 pieces

About the Item

This elegant French Art Deco Bakelite and stainless steel knife set is still in its original box. The two ensembles consist of 12 pieces each, specifically designed for meat and fruit/cheese. The pieces feature stainless Steel blades (in French Acier Inoxydable) with orange amber marble Bakelite handles. The sets will be delivered in their original gift-storage box. The knife blades have trademark engraving. There is no other visible maker's mark. The flatware set is in good condition, with the knives in pristine condition, probably never used. The gift-storage box is in used condition. Measurements: Box: 12.19 in wide (31 cm) x 11 in deep (28 cm) x 1.57 in high (4 cm). Meat knife: 9.07 in wide (23 cm) x 0.82 in deep (2 cm) x 0.38 in high (1 cm). Cheese knife: 7.50 in wide (19 cm) x 0.82 in deep (2 cm) x 0.38 in high (1 cm). Note: Measurements in the item detail are for the box alone. The knife rest is not included in the sale.
