36-pieces part of service in "Bayeux" model by Camille LE TALLEC The service is composed of: 12 dinner plates (diameter 10.15 In) 6 coffee cups (diameter 3.14 In) and 6 saucers (diameter 5.67 In) 6 demitasse cups (diameter 2.36 In) and 6 saucers (diameter 4.33 In) Excellent general condition. Note: some minor lacks in the gilding on the rim of certain cups/plates(see pictures) Signed on the back "Le Tallec in Paris" "Specially for Madame C.Colombani" and dated 11.8.68

Rare and superb Limoges porcelain salad serving bowl by Camille Le Tallec in the "Chinese Circus" model Hand painted and gilded with fine gold Signed under the base "Designed and painted entirely by hand by Le Tallec in Paris" RR date letters for 1987 Very good condition, no chips, no nicks, no cracks and no repairs. Diameter: 25.5 cm Height: 9 cm Model kept and taken over by Tiffany & Co. in the 2000s for its famous "Private Stock" series. The Cirque Chinois pattern is an exquisite pattern with intricate, colorful and delightful scenes. The pattern is made in a "Chinoiserie" style that evokes scenes from 18th century China. The template features whimsical 18th century depictions of Chinese circus performers with fantastical animals, structures, jugglers, trees and flowers... Camille Le Tallec's workshop operated independently from 1930 to 1990 when it was taken over by the American jeweler Tiffany & Co.
