About the Item
For your consideration is this pair of mid-century figural ceramic Mr. Salt and Mrs. Pepper shakers by David Gil for Bennington Potters. Cast in white clay with white and black glaze and with an etched "Mr Salt" and "Mrs Pepper" atop the figures' brows. The cork stoppers plug the fill holes on top and the salt and pepper are shaken out of the eye holes.
