An antique Japanese Meiji Era copper and enamel napkin ring. circa: late 19th century to early 20th century. The ware is enameled with polychrome floral, and foliage patterns made in the Cloisonne technique. Unmarked. The borders are enameled with a circular motif made in the Cloisonne technique.
