These exceptional antique George III Newcastle sterling silver mugs have has a panelled octagonal form. The surface of each Georgian silver mug is embellished panels of bright cut engraved stylised floral sprays, incorporating a vacant shaped cartouche to the anterior segment. The plain panelled foot and upper rim of the body are encompassed with bands of applied moulded decoration.
