About the Item
Vintage set of four hemp placemats with Chinese symbol at the bottom right. (We believe it to say “Double Happiness”, however we have not confirmed this.) Woven from sustainable hemp in the Philippines, and dyed in a rich bright yellow, this rectangular set of placemats will bring a bright pop of color to any table setting. This set was found at the estate of a well traveled couple who during the oil boom, lived abroad. It has never been used, and is in fabulous condition.
