No matter the location, monkeys and circus themes remained a design staple of the iconic restaurant. Although the landmark restaurant's NYC doors are now closed, we are pleased to offer items from the famed restaurant.
Set of 6 Osteria del Circo (Le Cirque) custom Villeroy & Boch soup bowls designed by Adam D. Tihany. The bowls with a red trapeze artist swinging from ladder and high wire flanked by navy blue crescents. Marked on verso designed by Adam D. Tihany exclusively for Osteria del Circo. Bowls were used in Le Cirque New York after 1995.
Dimensions: 9" W x 1 1/2" H
Condition: Service and glaze wear consistent with repeated restaurant use, no chips or cracks.
