This Classic 19th century Spode Dessert and tea and coffee service encompasses the beauty of the period as well as the elegant floral decoration. The complete service for 8, plus extras is quite amazing, especially for the age, 44 pieces total. It consists of 8 tea cups, 10 coffee cups, 20 saucers, 1 tea pot, 1 cream and 1 sugar bowl, 1 waste bowl, 2 square cookie plates The soft creamy peach colored ground provides a lovely contrast to the hand painted flowers with vibrant green leaves. Each piece is trimmed in gold adding an element of refined decoration. Made in England. The set is in excellent condition commensurate with age. circa 1850.
