About the Item

Stunning beautiful antique Old Paris porcelain (Porcelaine de Paris) tea service from the Louis Philip period 1830-1850. The sleek shape and style of the tableware is characteristic of this period. Beautiful elegantly hand decorated with gold leaf lines and the teapots, cups and saucers personally provided with a monogram. The sugar bowl and creamer were added later, these do not have a monogram and the knob of the lid of the sugar bowl differs from the knob of the teapots. Good condition for its age, there are minimal gold wear on the tableware.
