About the Item
Warmer from the Württembergische Metallwarenfabrik, Geislingen, early 20th century.
The warmer is in a very neat and good condition. It is not only a collectable WMF object but can actually be used practically and well.
The warmer fascinates with the fine materials, the contrast of the materials and the different colours. The cube-shaped warmer has four brass feet. The copper side panels have a green glass insert and door. The top is geometrically openwork. The brass bracket is movable so that you can fold it down. There is a recess in the bottom for the associated burner. The brass casserole is original and can be filled with petroleum or spirit. Of course, the warmer can also be used with a tealight. The WMF ostrich mark is on the bottom of the warmer and burner. Copper, brass and textured glass.
