About the Item
An early Mid 20th Century Asian style tea service for six by Takito. Fine lusterware porcelain; hand painted in white, peach & gray/blue base colors with black & green accent colors of a cherry blossoms design, consisting of twenty-one pieces: Teapot with Lid, Creamer, Sugar Bowl with Lid, six Handled Cups, six Saucers, and six Plates. Stamped on underside with "HANDPAINTED, T T, MADE IN JAPAN". Made circa early 1940's.
