Very Fine Early 19th Century Flame Mahogany Cellerette
About the Item
A very fine early 19th Century flame mahogany cellerette of sarcophagus form, beautifully hand carved in good original condition with rich patination and grain. The moulded flat top opening to reveal fitted section within the tapering body, raised above reverse tapering hexagonal pod supported on triform platform base, terminating on bun foot with brass and ceramic casters.
