An 18th Century German Westerwald Salt Glazed Stoneware with Horses Tankard A German Westerwald tankard with pewter engraved lid. The salt-glazed stoneware has horses and floral motifs in panels on a cobalt blue background. The tankard is from 1760-1780 and measures 26.5 cm high with lid and 15.5 cm wide with handle and 11 cm diagonal. The weight is 1145 grams.
