Aurelio Flores Mexican Tree of Life Candelabra

About

Large Aurelio Flores hand crafted pottery tree of life candelabra from Izucar de Matamoros, Mexico, circa 1950s. Flores began the tradition of crafting what are called arbol de la vida in his village, and is considered the master of the work. He used analine dyes to paint, which softly fade over time. Beautiful original folk art piece.
