About the Item
Swan decoy by Daniel L. Bruffee. Came from a New York Collector. Swan is well-carved and smoothly painted with black beak and yellow and black glass eyes. Daniel Bruffee resides in Plymouth, MA. His father Byron Bruffee carved decoys his entire life helping Daniel to master the craft himself. His mother Betty taught him the art of painting decoys and on canvas. Daniel combined his parents teachings and both famous and local artists to create a style of his own. Daniel works towards combining both traditional roots with modern styles to create realistic pieces. 26" x 8"

William "Bill" Clifton Buck (1928-2023) was a successful businessman, avid sportsman, and leader within the Philadelphia community.
