This African men's Ewe Kenta cloth is woven in very fine cotton with highlights of red and yellow over two different shades of indigo and natural white. It is a very fine cloth in very good condition for its age. This piece comes from Joseph Carini's Private Reserve Collection. On his travels around the world, Carini has curated a collection of fine and rare vintage textiles and rugs. He is enamored by ancient techniques, natural dyes, and cultural symbology.
