This is a fine handmade inlaid wooden game board. The front is for checkers and chess. They reverse is a starburst pattern and is probably for some variant of parcheesi. Made of mahogany, ebony, rosewood, and satinwood. Dates to the early to mid-20th century and has some surface scratches and indentions, spots to the finish, some slight checking to the wood as it has dried, and slight separation (from dried glue) to the edges of the piece.
