Small, Exquisite Navajo Weaving

Due to the delicacy and fineness of the weave, it wouldn't be accurate to describe this as a rug. Perhaps it is a transitional Navajo piece that was woven for use as a child's wearing blanket? It is difficult to know for certain, however the beauty of this small piece, with its pleasing color palette (grey, gold, ivory, dark brown and salmon) is hard to overlook.
