About the Item
America's Cup model of the British challenger yacht Endeavour of 1934. She was built by Camper and Nicholson for aviator and yachtsman Tom Sopwith and raced against the New York Yacht club defender Rainbow.
The navy and gold model is detailed with cabins, skylights, lifeboat, helm, hatches, capstan and others. She is rigged with a full suit of stitched linen sails. Displayed in a glass and brass showcase.
