An exceptional 12th century Venetian Bronze Tiller now resting on its plexiglass presentation stand. A tiller was attached to the top of a rudder to steer a ship or a boat. Stunning quality and craftsmanship with rope-like detailing. On its stand, the tiller measures 29" H X 39" W X 10 1/4" D.
