A rare and important massive late 19th century half hull model ship of the
steel screw steamers "CZAR" and CZARITZA" built by
Sir W. G. Armstrong, Mitchell & Co. Builders, Newcastle On Tyne
for the Russian Steam Navigation & Trading Company....1883.

Measures: 91 1/2" L X 5 1/2" W X 15 1/2" H
The hull cream and black painted and mounted on a mahogany panel.
Good condition. Minor mid-section of black smoke stack missing
and minor breaks and losses to short center mast. There are some age borne paint, wood and finish losses (Please see photos) which do not affect the presentation, which is exceptional.
