Pine Trees Quilt
Located in Darnestown, MD
This is particularly fine example of a classic Pine Trees (aka Tree of Life) quilt. The stitching is superb with very graceful floral motifs in the four full white off blocks and half wreaths in the partial white areas. The center is interesting in that triangles used throughout the quilt are repeated in red but the greens form diamonds which gives a bold aspect. The quilt has been professionally laundered and is in spotless condition. Measurements are 80 inches...
