19th Century Slate Animal Grave Markers Tomb Stones Taxidermy Curio

About the Item

A very early collection of slate animal grave markers, these appear to of all been from the same family/estate/property. Likely all working animals and much loved. Cows, Horses and Dogs. A very unusual and rare collection sold as a collection only, they will not be spilt They read as follows "Alas Poor Tom" from 1820 20" in height "A favourite Cow" from 1861 'Oh!
