About the Item
A wrought iron eel fork from the 18th century.
Extremely decorative and very sinister in appearance.
Who ever made this made an extra effort to not just make it functional but also something beautiful to look at.
And when that happens it is a special thing.
Length 29cm width 16cm.
Would look amazing in a fish restaurant, bar, club or even in your home.
Mounted on to a basalt rock.
Black baize applied to the base to prevent scratching a surface.
In 2009 use of eel forks were prohibited by law in Denmark.
