Bronze sculpture depicting female nude.
Small statue made of bronze with parts, such as the face, gilded with mercury and wooden base.
The sculpture depicts a sinuous female figure with abundant forms in a dancing pose that exudes joy.
It is important to note the contrast that the artist wanted to give through the juxtaposition of a visually heavy body and a pose that is instead light at the edge of balance.
This work is reminiscent in form, of the great artist and sculptor Fernando Botero, who made the abundance of bodies in his subjects, his defining characteristic.
It is probably a tribute to his great work.
The statue is unsigned so that neither the author nor the date can be traced.
Besides being a work of art, the sculpture is also very decorative and ideal for filling small spaces and giving movement to the environment.
