1930s sign with adjustable calendar for French Wine.
French advertising sign or publicity sign
designed for the wine estate or castle"Château de Corton Pierre André",
which was situated in the Bourgogne region in France.
Pierre André (P.A.), the wine grower bought the land in 1923.
This beautiful sign with calendar was designed and signed by Gault and made by H. Philippault S.A. (Seine), France.
This old sign from the Art Deco period is still complete with his calendar.
All the double-sided cards with numbers, months and days are still with it.
It's an adjustable calender which can be used everywhere.
This vintage sign is still in very beautiful condition, with minor traces of use.
If you turn the sign to the light you see some little scratches.
