Reverse Painted Glass Sign 1920s Illuminated Star Masonic Temple Eastern Star
About the Item
Illuminated tin sign with a reverse painting on glass star for the Eastern Star of the Masonic Temple from the 1920s..
The sign is shown mounted on its original metal pipe tripod that rolls on wooden wheels and unmounted ready to hang on a wall.
The sign is comprised of 15 reverse painted glass symbols behind which are 15 separately wired compartmented bulbs. Each bulb is controlled by an individual light switch. All or several or a couple or any combination can be switched on allowing for a variety of light levels.
The wiring is in excellent condition.
The sign overall is in good vintage condition with minor age issues. The most pronounced is detailed in image number 13.
