Vintage wartime 7up "It Likes You" fiberboard advertising sign, circa 1943. The piece is in original vintage condition and measures 18" x 54". It was made out of fiberboard in 1943 at the height of WWII when all metal was reserved for the war manufacturing; the sign contains the phrase "Not a Metal Sign - Made of Non Defense Materials". Original art work in fair condition with a number of dings and the board is slightly bent. The piece was made in St Louis, MO by Stout Sign Co. in February, 1943. Appears to be a fairly rare sign. #1586
