Porcelain Beer Sign for Belgian Beer - Three Stars Leopold Sign
A large and great looking Belgian beer sign with the American colors white, red and blue and 3 stars.
This Enamel sign was made for the Brewery Leopold Brussels, which was located in the European District - European Parliament - Leopold Park till 1981 when it was shuttered.
Before, they were located at Elsene under the name Saint Hubert since the late 17th century, but they moved to this place circa 1880 and changed their name in honour of the Belgian King Leopold.
This porcelain advertising sign for the three star Pils or beer is from the 1950s and was made by the Emaillerie Belge Bruxelles. It has great colors to use in your interior or business. It's a square sign with rounded corners.
For the age still in beautiful condition with nice gloss.
The borders of the sign do have some traces of time and use.
The 6 suspensions are still there and solid to use.
Great wall decoration - wall sign in American style,
for someone with the name Leopold or for someone who likes Belgian beer.
