SPECTACULAR UNIQUE & ELEGANT 19 LIGHTS (E27) FINE CRYSTAL BALLROOM CHANDELIER 1970´s / DORIA / FÜRTH / GERMANY
This chandelier of DORIA Manufacture is a timeless masterpiece of German Furniture Design and a high end product of the tube design era. The manufacturer got more than 30 international design awards from 1961. The lightsculpture impresses as a concept with extraordinary elegance, because produced with finest materials and finished in excellent lines. The lighting in nearly perfect vintage condition is carefully cleaned and rewired. The enameled surfaces and steel hooks show signs of life ( scratches and minimal corrosion), which is no way impairing the chandeliers balance. The valuable 96 (+4 for reserve) hand-blown crystal tubes (the rare cobwebbed variation) are flawless ( different sizes from 14 -15 inches). The maximal diameter is 26 inches, the height of the body with tubes 48 inches, weight of glass 150 lbs, total weight 170 lbs.
