19th Hermitage Palace St Petersburg Chandelier 112 Lights Bronze gold 18k satin
About the Item
This chandelier is a copy of a model in the Hermitage Palace in St. Petersburg, in bronze with a finish in gold 18 carats satin.
Its large number of lights and the finesse of its chiseled ornaments make it an exceptional piece.
On a base in the shape of a cup openwork by antiquisite motives, come to flare up to the top of the chandelier garlands of laurel, finished by garlands of small falling palms.
Two bronze crowns enclose this structure to carry the 112 arms of light.
On the first wreath, candles are placed directly on cone-shaped cups.
There are also arms in the shape of horns, decorated with oak leaves, which come to carry a flat cup on which a candlestick and two candleholders offer three lights.
Finally, on the upper crown, arms adorned with plant motifs, in a serpentine shape, carry flower-shaped wicks.
The whole, thanks to the alternation of curves and rectilinear movements, offers a balanced composition, rich in details.

Ombres et Facettes is located in a small village in the Loire Valley, between Blois and Orléans, near Chambord Castle, and can also be found at Saint-Ouen flea market in our 2 galleries 99 & 154 rue des Rosiers, a Mecca of Parisian antique shops and luxury à la française. Safeguarding our artistic heritage is one of the missions established by the company founders, driven by their belief in quality craftsmanship. We are dedicated to exceptional quality, focusing primarily on bespoke pieces. Working in close collaboration with architects and decorators, we adapt our creations to their intended location to best meet your expectations and elevate the space. The company's activities can be divided into three key areas: the creation, reproduction and restoration of chandeliers and light fittings. Our creations are inspired by the bronzeworking traditions and crystal chandelier makers of the early 18th century and 19th century.
We are able to adapt these classic models to suit modern tastes, basing our designs on archival materials and taking inspiration from photographs of old models. We also create contemporary models, combining craftsmanship and luxurious materials with modern lines and designs.
