Made of steel, brass and glass. A piece very much in the style of Swedish Grace.
Small chips missing from top side of glass. Does not disturb while mounted.

Lars August Holmström was born in 1894 in Gävleborg County and died in Båstad. He was a Swedish mid-century art smith. Holmström participated in the Paris Exhibition and hit here with candlesticks and chandeliers and also with silver work. He is mentioned in French art magazines, where his work is referred to as a masterpiece of art.
