About the Item
Spectacular nine-light Art Déco ceiling lamp. "Hettier & Vincent", Paris 1920s.
The company was founded in 1920 and had its first headquarter in Rue de Turenne, Paris.
In 1929, the company moved to the "Place de Vosges", one of the first addresses in Paris.
The Original "Hettier et Vincent" glasses are made of clear frosted glass, the large central. glass is signed.
All nine glasses are in good original condition.
The heavy and solid wrought iron frame "Fer forgé" is stamped F.A.G. "Ferronnerie d´art des Galeries.
This is also a famous company from Paris, which produced very high - quality frames.
The photos show that the original glass panes are missing, but the lamp still has a very beautiful, spectacular appearance.
These glasses are very difficult or almost impossible to obtain in their original condition. In order to preserve the authenticity , we offer the lamp in its original condition.
The ceiling lamp has been re-electrified by a specialist.
