Art Deco German Ikora Pendant Ceiling Lamp from WMF
About the Item
Elegant pendant light from wmf from the 20/30s.
A clean design with subtle ornamentation. This ceiling floodlight is characterized by its elegant shade shape and reflective surface. The shade forms a dome with soft radii from the edge downwards. It is not visibly connected to the shaft from the outside. This means that the homogeneity of the umbrella shape is maintained and is not disturbed by a button or knob. The canopy is designed in the same way as the umbrella and bears the various wmf markings. It has a pre-cut point for an optional cable outlet.
the lamp is in very good condition and shows signs of wear and patina. The surface was polished and professionally rewired by an artisan.
