Wonderful Art Deco alabaster pendant in mint condition. Over the years we have sold some of the best looking and best condition alabaster pendants that money can buy. This perfectly white with black veins alabaster fixture is another one of those best-quality-ever antiques. This Art Deco fixture we very recently purchased from relatives of the former owner and we felt blessed to have been given the opportunity to purchase this striking light. For the past 20 years this handcrafted and great looking chandelier was used as a bedroom light, but we can also see this as the perfect hallway pendant. We have mentioned it before and we will say it again here: we could shoot another 100 photos of this pendant, but we would never capture the unique beauty and great style of this alabaster shade when the light shines through it. For this particular pendant the perfect rock of alabaster was used, because besides the perfect white and black contrast (thanks to the many and evenly spread black veins), there also are stunning translucent veins and also an abundance of circular patches. This pure Art Deco alabaster shade is in mint condition and it has a perfect polished surface. When you strike it, it rings like a bell which proves that structuraly it also is as good as new. Fortunately, all former owners have respected the quality and beauty of this striking mineral stone pendant. So much so, that we feel that this antique alabaster pendant is in THE best condition possible. Mind you, this pendant is wired for safe and immediate usage in the USA as well.
