About the Item
This lamp is made of wrought iron, and it's a perfect example of the amazing artistic and craftsmanship of the 19th century. Every part of this lamp is lovingly crafted by hand, ensuring that each piece is as unique as the person who owns it. The iron was lovingly crafted by an artisan's hand in the fire, the ship was carefully shaped from fine metal, and all the ropes were intricately twisted and interwoven by hand. I'm truly impressed by the time and skill that went into creating this one-of-a-kind piece. The lamp, so they say, came from the library of a grand mansion that was lost in the war. The lamp was lovingly restored, and the previous owners shared that it was first electrified way back in the 1920s. I got it in this condition, and I'm sure you'll agree that it's in pretty good shape! I'm happy to say that the lamp is now in living-ready condition and meets current safety requirements.
