Stunning and elegant brand new contemporary Mid-Century Modern designed German made polished lacquered brass side pull counterweight height adjustable hanging pendant light or lamp model 'DUOS 36' designed by Florian Schulz circa early 1970s. Made of solid polished brass, this lamp is height adjustable via the heavy round brass counterweight. This also gives you the option for positioning the light exactly where you need it post finished installation - for example, you decide to change the room layout but the ceiling wires are already placed and you don't want to open the ceiling again - you can fix this pendant to the existing wires and hang the pendant where. you need it, via the 'U' shaped slider/holder. The round shaped brass shade makes this the perfect modernist style dining room table light. This piece lends itself to any modern home decor as well as the Mid-Century Modern or Hollywood Regency style home. Heavy and solid quality piece. This is a wonderful piece of classic design from the Florian Schulz range of lights
Lamp measurements:
Total height from ceiling to bottom of shade - 200 cm (lowest position height can be adjusted - longer or shorter cable can be supplied).
The round shade measures - 36 cm in diameter
The light requires 1 x E27 light bulbs - 100 watt max.
